Shipping policy

We are pleased to announce we now offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Time

This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the order to the customer's address. Please note that the shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are sometimes subject to change. We will make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly and arrives within the estimated timeframe.

Please allow 3-7 business days processing time for your order to be dispatched.

Processing Time

This refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, including quality checks, packaging, handling. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Please allow 10  to 15 days for shipping depending on your country of residence. Due to the on-going Covid-19 some international orders can be delayed. (Please note business days exclude weekends and bank holidays). 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming your tracking number, so please provide the correct email.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver,  delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery. If delivery personnel are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to Ariella and Ayana, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.

 We are most busiest towards the end of the year (Holiday Season) as we experience a high volume of orders which means parcels can take longer than expected to deliver.

Please note if returning an item you are responsible for the shipping cost. So please do add tracking to your return items.
