Delivery Time and Processing Time
Please note that orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days (tracked), depending on your location after the precessing times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES & TAXES)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ariella & Ayana cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

UNCLAIMED / RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
